The course is designed to educate and prepare individuals for owning and maintaining their first home. "Certificate" awarded upon completion.  Certificate is required to obtain down-payment assistance from Wayne Community Housing Development Corp.

Experts in the field of Real Estate, Mortgage and Lending, Title and Escrow, Credit Counseling, Insurance, Safety, Land Surveying and Water Quality will be making presentations and answering your questions throughout the course.
