Wayne Public Transit

The City of Wayne provides transportation for senior citizens, school aged children, NorthStar clients to work sites, and persons under 60.  For senior citizens it is a great way for these people to get to medical appointments, run errands, go grocery shopping, & go to hair appointments.  For school aged children, we can pick children up from school and other recreational activities.  For any people under age 60, we can transport people to work, errands or any other location that they may need.  To make an appointment please call the Senior Center at 375-1460.  The cost is $1.50 for a one way ride.

This service is funded through a grant through the Department of Roads, related Federal programs, contributions and the City of Wayne.
