The
Recreation Department offers a variety of both adult and youth organized
activities for the Wayne area, designed to meet the recreational and educational
needs of the community and area. By emphasizing educational, as well as
entertainment values of recreation, the varied activities of the different
programs conducted by the Recreation and Leisure Department contribute to
increased learning, better social adjustment, and needed relaxation for all
participants.

** These programs will no longer be staffed by Recreation
personnel. Parent volunteers will be in charge of scheduling, organizing, and
coaching practices. If you are interested in coaching a team, please contact
the Recreation Department. If there are
no volunteers, there will not be a team/program for these age groups.
