Recreation Department Youth Basketball  

for Boys & Girls Grades 2nd through 4th

Basketball for boys and girls (grades 2nd through 4th) will begin Tuesday, October 23rd and continue through November 30th.  Registration and fee payment for grades 2nd through 4th will take place on October 18th and 19th from 3:30 to 6:00 PM at the Activity Center.

FEES:  2nd Grades- CAC Member - $10.00   Non-Member - $15.00
      3rd & 4th Grades- CAC Member - $20.00   Non-Member - $25

LATE FEE OF $20 WILL BE ADDED IF PAID AFTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Checks Made Payable to:  City of Wayne

*2nd grade will practice on Mondays:  Oct 29th, Nov 5th, Nov 12th, and Nov 19th from 2:30-3:30 PM.

*All players in grades 3rd & 4th will be assigned to a specific coach and team.

You will be contacted on your practice times by your coach. 

Teams will consist of 3rd & 4th grades combined.

*Games for grades 3rd & 4th will be as follows:

Saturday, Nov 10th & Saturday, Nov 17 for boys and girls

Tuesday, Nov 27 for girls only

Thursday Nov, 29th for boys only

All Times to be Announced

NOTE:  After January 26th, traveling teams, additional practices, and games will be conducted and determined by the Wayne Basketball Association for 4th grade only. Registration for this program will be on December 3rd and 4th.

***ABSOLUTELY no street shoes or hard-soled shoes will be permitted on the gym floor as well as gym shoes that are worn outside.***

Basketball for boys and girls (grades 5th & 6th) will begin December 1st and continue through December 20th.  They will resume on Thursday, January 3rd and continue through January 26th.  Registration and fee payment for grades 5 & 6 will take place on October 18th and 19th from 3:30 to 6:00 PM at the Activity Center.

FEES:  5th & 6th Grades- CAC Member - $20.00   Non-Member - $25.00
