The City of Wayne will now be posting Amber Alert information on the home page of our website, www.waynene.org.  Along the bottom of the page is a scrolling ticker that will display information about any active Amber Alert in the United States.  Also, if an Amber Alert is issued for Nebraska, Iowa, or South Dakota additional information will be posted on this website.  When active, the Amber Alert ticker will turn yellow and will show all the important details.

The City of Wayne will also now have a link on the www.wayenne.org homepage in the lower right hand corner to the Department of Homeland Security where the current Threat Advisory level can be seen.  In the event of a significant or extreme change in the threat terror level, more information will be posted on this website.
