SUPERVISOR IN CHARGE

 

       Sgt. M. Chinn, a 13-year veteran of the Wayne Police Department, is in charge of Field Services for the Wayne Police Department.  He supervises all patrol functions of the department, including traffic accident investigation, traffic enforcement and parking enforcement.

 

       Sgt. Chinn also supervises the Police Department Beat Program.  He is responsible for making sure each police officer is working in their assigned beat areas.  As part of this responsibility Sgt. Chinn works closely with the Problem Resolution Team.
