New sewer line work is currently underway in Wayne. A new sewer district has been created out in Country Living Acres. The new sewer line will alleviate sewer problems for those who have septic tanks.

 

Currently private sewer lines are being replaced between South Lincoln and South Douglas.  The houses involved have had problems for years and will now replace their sewer and run it to the city line. This way if they have problems in the future, the city will have a way to help them out.
