The City of Wayne Solid Waste Transfer Station and Recycling Center is located at 110 S. Windom Street.  From the intersection of East 3rd Street and Windom Street go approximately one block south and the entrance is one the west side of the street.  A secondary entrance for the recycling center is open on Saturday mornings on Nebraska Street  just north of East 2nd Street.

 

The City of Wayne Wood Recycling Center is located on a site adjacent to the water treatment plant and the softball complex.  Drive on East 4th Street going east until the street comes to a dead end.  Turn south on the paved street and continue as the road turns into a gravel surface.  The entrance is on the east side of the road.
