Works Zones

 

Traffic delays or detours are quite common in work zones.  Nothing deflates a motorist more than turning onto a street only to see cars backed up or barricades blocking passage.  At the same time, workers are continuously wary of traffic in work zones and the danger that exists.  The safest and quickest way for people to travel when work zones are present is to avoid the area if at all possible.  This page is designed to provide the public with information on streets that may currently be closed to traffic, restricted to one lane, or congested due to maintenance activities or construction.
