WAYNE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY

March 14, 2005

7:00 P.M.

 

The regular meeting of the Airport Authority of the City of Wayne was called to order at the airport pilots lounge on the above date and time by Chairman Mitchell Nissen.  The following members were present:  Carl Rump, David Zach, David Ley, Logan McClelland, and Mitchell Nissen.  Also, attending the meeting were Nancy Braden and Clay Bode.

 

The Minutes of the regular meeting of February 14, 2005 were approved as presented.  The claims were presented and it was moved by McClelland and 2nd by Rump that they be allowed.  Roll was called with the following results:  Yeas:  Rump, Nissen, Zach, McClelland, and Ley.  Nays:  None.  The Chairman declared the motion carried.

 

Ley moved and Zach 2nd that the authority approve the crack and joint sealing program with the Nebraska Department of Aeronautics excluding the marking program since the markings were still adequate.  Roll was called with the following results:  Yeas:  Rump, Nissen, Zach, McClelland, and Ley.  Nays:  None.  The Chairman declared the motion carried.

 

Zach moved and McClelland 2nd that we approve the chemical vegetation control contract with Cem-Trol, Inc. for $125.40.  Roll was called with the following results:  Yeas:  Rump, Nissen, Zach, McClelland, and Ley.  Nays:  None.  The Chairman declared the motion carried.

 

There being no further business, Rump moved and Ley 2nd that the meeting be adjourned.  All voting in the affirmative the meeting was adjourned.
