WAYNE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY

June 13, 2005

7:00 P.M.

 

The regular meeting of the Airport Authority of the City of Wayne was called to order at the airport pilot's lounge on the above date and time by Chairman Mitchell Nissen.  The following members were present:  Carl Rump, David Zach, David Ley, Logan McClelland, and Mitchell Nissen.  Also, attending the meeting was Nancy Braden.

 

The Minutes of the regular meeting of April 11, 2005 were approved as written.  The claims were presented and it was moved by McClelland, 2nd by Rump that they be allowed.  Roll was called with the following results:  Yeas:  Rump, Nissen, Zach, McClelland, and Ley.  Nays:  None.  The Chairman declared the motion carried.

 

McClelland moved and Zach 2nd that the Chairman sign contract with Nebraska Department of Aeronautics for installation and sponsoring an Automated Weather Observing System and a Satellite Weather Dissemination System.  Roll was called with the following results:  Yeas:  Rump, Nissen, Zach, McClelland, and Ley.  Nays:  None.  The Chairman declared the motion carried.

 

Ley moved and McClelland 2nd that we hire Murray Construction for $3,300.00 to fix the door on the hangar.  Roll was called with the following results:  Yeas:  Rump, Nissen, Zach, McClelland, and Ley.  Nays:  None.  The Chairman declared the motion carried.

 

There being no further business Nissen moved and Zach 2nd that the meeting be adjourned.  All voting in the affirmative, the meeting was adjourned.
