WAYNE MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT AUTHORITY
March 8, 2004
7:00 P.M.
A regular meeting of the Airport Authority of the City of
Wayne was called to order by Chairman Mitchell Nissen at the airport on the
above date and time. The following
members were present: Logan McClelland,
David Zach, Mitchell Nissen, and David Ley.
Also, attending the meeting were Nancy Braden and Clay Bode.
The Minutes of the regular meeting February 9, 2004 were
read and approved. The claims were
presented and it was moved by McClelland, 2nd by Zach that they be
allowed. Roll call was called with the
following results: Yeas: Nissen, McClelland, Zach, and Ley. Nays:
None. The Chairman declared the
motion carried.
All business pertaining to the airport was discussed, but no
motions were necessary. Stan Morris
reported on the airport operations.
There being no further business it was moved by Zach, 2nd
by McClelland that the meeting be adjourned.
All voting in the affirmative, the meeting was adjourned.
