WAYNE MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT AUTHORITY
April 13, 2004
7:00 P.M.
A regular meeting of the Airport Authority of the City of
Wayne was called to order by Chairman Mitchell Nissen at the airport on the
above date and time. The following
members were present: Carl Rump, David
Zach, Mitchell Nissen, and David Ley.
Also, attending the meeting were Nancy Braden and Clay Bode.
The Minutes of the regular meeting March 8, 2004 were read
and approved as corrected. The claims
were presented and it was moved by Zach, 2nd by Rump that they be
allowed. Roll was called with the
following results: Yeas: Nissen, Rump, Zach, and Ley. Nays:
None. The Chairman declared the
motion carried.
Motion by Zach, second by Rump to accept the change order
for additional bumper posts, cost of restocking of pipe and mobilization of
contractor for an additional cost of $1,919.00 Roll was called with the
following results: Yeas: Nissen, Rump, Zach, and Ley. Nays:
None. The Chairman declared the
motion carried.
All further business pertaining to the airport was discussed
but no motions were necessary. Clay
Bode reported on the airport operations.
There being no further business it was moved by Zach, 2nd
by Rump that the meeting be adjourned.
All voting in the affirmative, the meeting was adjourned.
