WAYNE MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT AUTHORITY
August 9, 2004
7:00 P.M.
A regular meeting of the Airport Authority of the City of
Wayne was called to order by Chairman Mitchell Nissen at the airport on the
above date and time. The following
members were present: David Zach, David
Ley, and Mitchell Nissen. Also
attending the meeting was Nancy Braden, Clay Bode, and Rod Tompkins.
The Minutes of the regular meeting of July 12, 2004 were
read and approved. The claims were
presented and it was moved by Ley, 2nd by Zach that they be
allowed. Roll was called with the
following results: Yeas: Nissen, Zach, and Ley. Nays:
None. The Chairman declared the
motion carried.
All further business pertaining to the airport was discussed
but no motions were necessary.
There being no further business it was moved by Ley, 2nd
by Zach that the meeting be adjourned.
All voting in the affirmative, the meeting was adjourned.
