WAYNE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY
November 9, 2004

A regular meeting of the Airport Authority of the City of
Wayne was called to order by Chairman Mitchell Nissen at the airport on the
above date and time. The following
members were present: Carl Rump, David
Zach, David Ley, and Mitchell Nissen.
Also, attending the meeting was Nancy Braden and Clay Bode.
The Minutes of the regular meeting October 11, 2004 were
read and approved. The claims were
presented and it was moved by Zach, 2nd by Rump that they be
allowed. Roll was called with the
following results: Yeas: Rump, Nissen, Zach, and Ley. Nays:
None. The Chairman declared the
motion carried.
Motion by Ley, 2nd by Rump that we accept the low
bid of Zach Oil for heaters in the shop hanger. Roll was called with the following results: Yeas:
Rump, Nissen, and Ley. Nays: None.
Zach abstained.
Ley moved, 2nd by Rump that we recess the meeting
to Wednesday November 10th at Santa Fe Grille to meet with Nebraska
Department of Aeronautics. Roll was
called with the following results:
Yeas: Rump, Nissen, Zach, and
Ley. Nays: None. The Chairman
declared the meeting in recess.
