Chief Inspector George Ellyson. Absent: Vicki Pick and Don Endicott.
Chair
Hausmann stated that the purpose of the special meeting was to conduct a public
hearing on the final plat for the Gary Donner Addition Phase II. Chair Hausmann then opened the public
hearing for discussion.
Developer,
Gary Donner, was present to answer any questions the Commission may have
regarding the final plat.
Chair

plat would be filed, her concerns would be a mute point.
There

hearing. Commissioner Miller questioned
if the Planning Commission's prior concerns regarding drainage had been resolved. Inspector Ellyson stated that he and Mr.
Donner had gone over the concerns of the Commission and that those concerns
were all addressed in the Subdivision Agreement. Motion made by Commissioner Summerfield and seconded by
Commissioner Miller to approve the final plat and forward the same to the City
Council for the subsequent review and approval. Chair Hausmann stated the motion and second. All were in favor;
motion carried unanimously.
There
being no further business, motion made by Commissioner Braun and seconded by
Commissioner Nelson to adjourn the meeting. Chair Hausmann stated the motion
