Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

Vice-Chair Randy Brenner called the special meeting of the Wayne Planning Commission to order at 6:00 p.m., on Monday, June 20, 2005, in the Council Chambers of the Wayne Municipal Building. Roll call was taken with the following in attendance:  Darrell Miller, Vicki Pick, Kelby Herman, Mark Ahmann, Pat Melena, Vice-Chair Randy Brenner, and Chief Inspector/Planner George Ellyson.  Absent:  Kyle Nelson and Chair Sharon Braun.

 

Chair Braun arrived at the meeting at 6:18 p.m.

 

The purpose of the meeting was to interview two firms regarding proposals submitted for the Comprehensive Plan update. The two firms being interviewed were JEO Consulting Group Inc and Schemmer Associates.  Presenting for JEO Consulting was Keith Marvin and presenting for Schemmer Associates was Chad Lingenfelter.

 

Following the presentations, the Commission discussed each firm's presentation. 

 

There being no further business motion was made by Commissioner Brenner and seconded by Commissioner Miller to adjourn the meeting. Chair Braun stated the motion and second, all were in favor; motion carried unanimously.
