Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

Chair Sharon Braun called the special meeting of the Wayne Planning Commission to order at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 23, 2005, in the Council Chambers of the Wayne Municipal Building. Roll call was taken with the following in attendance:  Darrell Miller, Vicki Pick, Kelby Herman, Randy Brenner, Kyle Nelson, Chair Sharon Braun, and Chief Inspector/Planner George Ellyson.  Absent:  Mark Ahmann and Pat Melena.

 

Inspector Ellyson noted for the Commission that Don Endicott had submitted his resignation, effective August 1, to Mayor Lois Shelton and therefore would not be attending the firm interviews.  Mr. Endicott indicated to Inspector Ellyson that he would not attend the July meeting either.

 

The purpose of the meeting was to interview one firm regarding proposals submitted for the Comprehensive Plan update. The firm being interviewed was RDG Planning and Design.  Presenting for RDG was Marty Shukert and Amy Haase.

 

Following the presentations, the Commission discussed the firm's presentation. 

 

There being no further business, and due to lack of a quorum, Chair Braun declared the meeting adjourned.
